Caroline Irby 'A Child from Everywhere'

Freelance photographer Caroline Irby entered the world of photography focusing first on international humanitarian issues, and then on the lives of young people in the UK. 

Her upcoming exhibition ‘A Child from Everywhere’ will be displayed at the V&A Museum of Childhood, London, from 7 May to 30 August 2010.  Admission to the exhibition and the museum is free!

Ben Hoyles, Arts Correspondent, the Times, writes about Irby’s uplifting and unique portrait of modern Britain.

Irby has photographed for international agencies such as Save the Children, Oxfam and UNICEF, and has had images and articles published in UK publications including the Times, The Observer and the Guardian magazines.
