The Wigtown Book Festival prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, with the exception of Baillie Gifford group employees and their families, their agencies and anyone professionally associated with them. Only one entry per person is permitted. The closing date is 10 October 2011. Entries submitted after this date will not qualify. The winner will receive an e-reader and £250 of Amazon vouchers. Prizes are not transferable and Baillie Gifford & Co takes no responsibility for the prizes once they have been awarded and delivered to the winner. This includes any damage, misplacement or theft of prizes. Baillie Gifford reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. No cash alternative. Entry is by submitting the Wigtown Prize Draw entry form. No responsibility will be taken for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries. The winning entry will be drawn at random on 17 October 2011 by a Baillie Gifford staff member and the winner will be notified via email, telephone or letter within 7 days of the draw date. If no response is received within 14 days of the date that the notification was sent, another winner will be randomly selected. Baillie Gifford reserves the right to close the competition at any time. The prize may be fully issued prior to the competition end date if closed early. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize and Baillie Gifford’s decision is final. The winner's name may be published on Trust Online or in future editions of Trust. The name of the winner will be available on request until 30 November 2011 by writing to Baillie Gifford at Calton Square, 1 Greenside Row, Edinburgh, EH1 3AN. Baillie Gifford will not sell your data to any third party and will only transfer it to related parties for business purposes. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
